Flamenco dance, guitar and palmas with Ramon Ruiz and Anita la Maltesa
The name flamenco comes - unsurprisingly - from the word flame or "flama" in Spanish.
It refers not only to the passion and ferocity of the music, but also the moves of the dancer which can easily be seen as a moving flame.
This is helped if, like the dancer here, the female dancers wear red or yellow dresses!
